<p>This <a href="http://www.solandtrina.com/tag/diet/">type of diet</a> is not based on the elimination of fat and that no two days are enough to burn the amount of fat accumulated in the body.</p>
<p>The diet of the weekend is intended to remove accumulated liquids that are causing the sensation of swelling and increased significantly the body weight. It is for these reasons that the diet of the weekend can lose up to two kilos in just two days.</p>
<p>It is also imperative to maintain good eating habits, first maintain stability and the nutritional balance of body and on the other hand avoid the possibility, once the diet, regain lost weight with some kilos of more.</p>
<p>Procedure:</p>
<p>Day 1:<br />
Breakfast<br />
1 skimmed yogurt to taste.<br />
2 slices pineapple, natural.<br />
Infusion of green tea.</p>
<p>For lunch in the morning<br />
Infusion of tea with a spoon to taste of saccharin. (may be repeated as many times as desired.</p>
<p>Eating<br />
Fat-free vegetable broth.<br />
1 can of tuna puree.<br />
1 sliced tomato seasoned with a little oregano, salt and olive oil.<br />
Infusion to taste.</p>
<p>For snack<br />
Natural pineapple juice without sugar.</p>
<p>For dinner<br />
Fat-free vegetable broth.<br />
Boiled artichokes or iron with a dash of virgin olive oil.<br />
Infusion to taste.</p>
<p>Day 2:<br />
Breakfast<br />
1 skimming natural yoghurt.<br />
2 slices pineapple, natural.<br />
Infusion of green tea.</p>
<p>For lunch in the morning<br />
Infusion of tea with a spoon to taste of saccharin. (may be repeated as many times as desired.</p>
<p>Eating<br />
Fat-free vegetable broth.<br />
White asparagus.<br />
Portion of white fish seasoned to taste with a little lemon.<br />
Infusion to taste.</p>
<p>For snack<br />
2 slices pineapple, natural.</p>
<p>For dinner<br />
Fat-free vegetable broth.<br />
Sepia a la plancha seasoned with a little garlic and parsley.<br />
Infusion to taste.</p>
