Avoid citrus fruits, leafy vegetables, raw, the fried foods containing caffeine (chocolate, coffee), beverages and alcohol. Do not lay immediately after eating, wait at least 1 hour or 3 to go lie down to sleep.<br />
For dessert, you can consume fruits preferably unshelled, raw or compote (apple, pear, peach) and must be well ripened. You can also opt for a gel.</p>
<p><strong>Inappetence in pregnancy</strong><br />
